We specialize in elevator inspections in the Wichita area, but currently cover the entire state of Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is based on the specific type of elevator, and what inspection is due (CAT-1 or CAT-5). Travel distance is also part of our pricing as well as additional fees by the Kansas State Fire Marshal’s Office (if applicable).

How do I get in contact with you?

If you’d like to get scheduled with us, please fill out our request form or call 316-854-7268. Once we’ve received the details of what you’re looking for, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps.

How is scheduling handled?

Accepted Answer

Once our quote is approved, we work directly with your elevator contractors to get the required safety test and inspection scheduled with them.

Question 5

How are inspection reports handled?

Accepted Answer

Once the inspection is complete, a copy of the report is printed and left in a plastic report holder in the machine room. We then include a copy of it when we email the invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we then upload the report to the AHJ

Question 6

What happens if I have deficiencies written as corrections?

Accepted Answer

We will explain what the deficiencies are and what your next steps should be. In most cases, it will be up to your elevator contractor to make the required repairs. Please be prepared that this might incur additional costs for you. 
Note: All deficiencies are required to be resolved within 30 days of the initial safety test/inspection.
